- No telephone orders accepted
- No holds or reservations
- No shipping to Campus or PO Boxes

- No Express Delivery available
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

- HEALTH 101 Courses: Go to Class FIRST
New and Used Book Preferences
- Books with CDs available New only
- If mixing New and Used in your order, please indicate in the Notes Field
- If Used book is out-of-stock, a New book will be substituted (unless used only is specified in the notes field.)
- If New book is out-of-stock, order will be cancelled; please reorder or visit the University Store
- Prices on confirmation copy are based on New prices
Shipping and Cost Information
- Orders shipped to MD addresses are charged sales tax
- All orders ship UPS Ground only and are delivered within approximately 5 to 7 day business days
- Packing list will be included with order and will show final pricing and out-of-stock/cancelled books
- Your credit card is NOT automatically charged when order is submitted. Your account is charged when the order ships.
- There is a flat rate shipping fee for online textbook orders of $6.95 plus .50 per book with a maximum of $15.00.
