September 2015 Awardees

Sean D. Christie
has been awarded a 2015
Jess Fisher FCSM Scholarship.

 

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Sean D. Christie has been awarded a 2014 Jess Fisher FCSM Scholarship in Memory of Cecilia Fisher Rudman.

Sean graduated from Brunswick High School in Frederick County, Maryland and is enrolled as a Chemistry major at Towson University in the Fall 2015. In his high school years, Sean was on the varsity football, baseball and basketball and teams at Eastern technical High School. After graduating from Towson University, he plans to pursue a career in medical research.

 

 

Tyler Green

has been awarded a 2015
Jess Fisher Pre-Engineering Scholarship.
 



We are pleased to announce that Mr. Tyler C. Green has been awarded a 2015 Jess Fisher Pre-Engineering Scholarship in Memory of Robert M. Fisher.

Tyler graduated from Elkton High School in Cecil County, Maryland and is enrolled as a Pre-Engineering / Physics major at Towson University in the Fall 2015. He was active in the Future Business Leaders of America Club where he earned third place in the "Introduction to Technology Concepts" category at the Maryland state conference, and went on to the national conference. Tyler was a board member of National Honor Society at Elkton High School. And he still found time to play of his high school soccer and lacrosse teams. After graduating from Towson University, Tyler plans to enter the fields of audio engineering and mechanics.

Jess Fisher FCSM Scholarship.

 

We are pleased to announce that Ms. Megan L. McCulley has been awarded a 20154 Jess Fisher FCSM Scholarship in Memory of Cecilia Fisher Rudman.

Megan graduated from Easton High School in Talbot County, Maryland and is enrolled as a Mathematics major at Towson University in the Fall 2015. A small sampling of the high school extracurricular activities in which she was involved include: the National Honor Society leadership positions in the Maryland 4-H Club, Pickering Creek Audubon Center's Junior Naturalist Club, and the Concert Band. In addition, Megan found time to participate on her school's varsity soccer, swimming and track teams. After graduating from Towson University, Megan plans to pursue a career in mathematics.

 

James Ream  
James P. B. Ream
has been awarded a 2015
Jess Fisher Pre-Engineering Scholarship.
 

 

We are pleased to announce that Mr. James P.B. Ream has been awarded a 2015 Jess Fisher Pre-Engineering Scholarship in Memory of Robert M. Fisher.

James graduated from North East High School in Cecil County, Maryland and is enrolled as a Computer Science major at Towson University in the Fall 2015. James was a member of the National Honor Society, and actively participated in his high school's Student Government Association. He has risen to the rank of First Sergeant of the North Chesapeake Cadet Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol. James is the the captain of his squadron's Cyber Patriot team which participates in cyber security competitions. After graduating from Towson University, James plans to enter the field of cyber security.

has been awarded a 2015
Jess Fisher FCSM Scholarship.

We are pleased to announce that Ms. Danielle C. Reifer has been awarded a 2015 Jess Fisher FCSM Scholarship in Memory of Cecilia Fisher Rudman.

Danielle graduated from Harford Christian School in Harford County, Maryland and is enrolled as a Biology major at Towson University in the Fall 2015. She was vice-president of her high school junior class, a member of the national Honor Society, and actively participated in her school's Envirothon Team. This team has won the harford County Envirothon the past three years, and as a sophomore, her team won the Maryland State Envirothon and went on to the national competition. Danielle has participated in many environmental and conservational projects including her school's Eastern Blue Bird Monitoring Project and the Wood Duck Project. Among all of her activities, Danielle found time to play on the Harford Christian School's soccer, cross country and field hockey teams. After graduating from Towson University, she plans to continue on towards a career in molecular biology and genetic research.

Jess Fisher FCSM Scholarship. After graduating from Towson University, she plans to continue her education in medical school and become a physician.

Jess Fisher FCSM Scholarship. After graduating from Towson University, Rachel plans to pursue a career as an actuary.

has been awarded a 2014
Jess Fisher Pre-Engineering Scholarship. After graduating from Towson University, Rachel plans to continue on towards a career in the biomedical field.
Jacob T. Mitchell
has been awarded a 2014
Jess Fisher FCSM Scholarship. After graduating from Towson University, he plans go on to graduate school and earn a doctorate in biological sciences.

has been awarded a 2013
Jess Fisher FCSM Scholarship. After graduating from Towson University, he plans to earn his Master's degree in either statistics or mathematics, and then pursue a career as a statistician or actuary.
Nicholas A. McKinley
has been awarded a 2013
Jess Fisher FCSM Scholarship. After graduating from Towson University, he plans to teach physics and continue coaching swimming.
