New Student Requirements
Once admitted to one of the programs of Occupational Therapy, you will need
to fulfill certain requirements before the semester begins. Without
these requirements completed you will not be allowed to commence
coursework. The requirements for the combined BS/MS and the Professional
Masters programs are listed below.
The asterisks denotes health documents that are in
addition to the health form you received when you were
admitted to Towson University. The Towson University documents
should be returned to the Dowell Health Center whereas the
Occupational Therapy documents should be returned to the
Department of Occupational Therapy and Occupational Science in
Enrollment Services, Room 245.
Combined BS/MS Program - Due Dates for Admission Confirmation
The following information must be remitted in order for you to
complete your admission in the program.

* a. current health insurance;
health insurance must be carried throughout the entire program
b. certification in infant child and adult CPR for health
professionals, with renewals required every year.
Local CPR
courses
c. a completed immunization / health record including titers.
d. results of a P.P.D. test, with annual documentation
required.
e. completion of at least the first two series of Hepatitis B
vaccines or completion of the declination form for the vaccine
series. |
IMPORTANT - These documents
must be returned to Ms.

ES 245, by July 13, 2008.
