Greetings! As you prepare for the TOPS Summer Experience we wanted to give you some information that may be helpful as well as provide you with forms we will need you to fill out, have signed, and bring with you on Sunday, August 11, 2013. Links to these forms can be found in the menu on the left side of your screen.
This year we have the pleasure of returning to the Towson University Marriott Conference Hotel located adjacent to the Towson University Campus. Students will share two bedroom and three bedroom suites with 3-4 other students and a peer leader during their week on campus. Activities will take place on-campus daily with additional off-campus activities in the evenings. All bedding and towels will be provided as will three meals a day at an on-campus dining facility.
We ask that family members and students arrive well before 4pm (but not earlier than 3pm) to ensure enough time to check in and put luggage etc. in the rooms. Our program begins promptly at 4pm. We have a full evening of activities planned for the students as well as a one-hour session for family members.
The program will end by 1pm on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at which point students may be picked up at the Towson University Marriott Conference Hotel.
