As the heartbeat of the Operations and Maintenance team, Work Control plays an integral role within Facilities Management. During its normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, the office issues keys to contractors, communicates with maintenance, processes work requests, dispatches maintenance calls requiring immediate attention and much more.
