You will learn to improve your evaluation and analysis of ideas, determine the best courses of action, resolve problems, and make sound decisions. ___________________________________________ November 18, 2008 9am - 1pm Loyola College in Maryland Timonium Graduate Center, Room 35 Customer Service/Conflict Resolution This session will provide essential skills to help you identify your customers and their expectations, and preferred levels of service. Recognize various modes of communication, learn tips for handling conflict and practice using good customer service techniques. Develop a personal action plan to improve customer service on the job. ___________________________________________ January 20, 2009 9am - 1pm University of Baltimore Location TBA Organization This session will focus on meeting deadlines, gaining more control over paperwork and files, and getting more done in less time every day.
