This session will provide techniques to balance and incorporate critical thinking and decision making into everyday activities. You will learn to improve your evaluation and analysis of ideas, determine the best courses of action, resolve problems, and make sound decisions.

Customer Service/Conflict Resolution

This session will provide essential skills to help you identify your customers and their expectations, and preferred levels of service.  Recognize various modes of communication, learn tips for handling conflict and practice using good customer service techniques. Develop a personal action plan to improve customer service on the job.

This session will focus on meeting deadlines, gaining more control over paperwork and files, and getting more done in less time every day. Participants will address the impact of workspace appearance and functionality, how to properly sort and order, the benefits of standardizing, and how to maintain their system and ensure accessibility for others.
