Center for Instructional Advancement and Technology (CIAT)

The Center for Instructional Advancement and Technology (CIAT) supports excellence in teaching and learning by providing Towson University faculty the opportunity to investigate and apply sound learning theory and technology to instruction.

CIAT staff can assist in the design of curriculum and courses, the creation of course materials and the implementation of teaching and learning strategies. With its technology partners, OTS Training and Student Computing Services, CIAT provides technology training, instructional support and academic media creation for the entire TU campus.

CIAT Faculty Lab

The CIAT Faculty Lab is a faculty-only computer lab and work space, equipped with PCs, MACs, scanners and black and white printing. One-on-one assistance and training is also available (reservations recommended).
