Faculty & Staff
In order to keep faculty and staff connected, the Office of Technology Services assists users with network connections, both by establishing new connections and by troubleshooting existing network connections. OTS also offers a Citrix virtual workspace which allows University employees access to certain software applications, Microsoft Exchange, and network file shares from any off-campus computer. The Virtual Workspace (http://vw.towson.edu) is the preferred remote access solution. If you have not yet utilized Virtual Workspace while off campus, give it a try!
