The following list represents software applications and operating systems for which OTS provides support and/or training.
OTS follows consistent software and hardware testing procedures for ensuring that software applications perform acceptably on campus computers and the campus network.
Once testing has completed and OTS is confident that the application will be stable and secure, the software is categorized into a particular classification, or software tier. These software tiers allow OTS to focus support where it is most useful and efficient.
If there is an application that you or your department uses, and you feel it should be included in our list, please contact the OTS Help Center. OTS staff will review the request and evaluate the software if necessary.
