  1. Click the Query link.   Step 1

  14. Enter the desired information into the New Order By field. Enter "4".   Step 14
  15. Enter the desired information into the New Order By field. Enter "5".   Step 15

  18. Click the Add Criteria button.   Step 18
  19. Click the Choose a date (Alt+5) button.   Step 19

  29. Enter the desired information into the Query field. Enter "TU_PR_PP_PS_PAY_TAX".   Step 29
  30. Enter the desired information into the Description field. Enter "Pay US Tax".   Step 30
  31. Click the Owner list.   Step 31
  32. Click the Public list item.   Step 32
  33. Click the OK button.   Step 33
  34. Release the mouse button.   Step 34
