Information for Capital Card Customers | Bank Websites
Towson University welcomes PNC Bank as its new campus banking service provider. PNC will offer branch banking services at the University Union, with ATM's at various campus locations. A Capital One ATM will be available on campus for approximately one year as part of our transition plan. The State Employees Credit Union ATM is expected to remain at its current location. See the charts below for service and location information.

Information for Capital One Customers
Capital One Bank consolidated its Towson University branch located in the University Union with its Calvert & Baltimore branch, located at 135 East Baltimore Street in Baltimore. The Towson University branch closed at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10, 2011. Capital One customers will continue to have access to a cash-dispensing Capital One Bank ATM on the Towson University campus. The ATM is located in the 2nd floor lobby area of the University Union.
