Off-Campus Student Dining Plans

Even if you’re living off campus, purchasing a dining plan that allows you to eat on campus can make your life easier. You don’t have to think about packing lunch in the morning. You won’t have to leave when you’re already here. You can meet friends, choose from a wide variety of menu options, and have the convenience of 13 dining locations across campus. And there’s no need to give up your great parking spot.

If you're a student living off campus (including Towson Run, Paca and Tubman House, and local apartments) you can choose from the following dining plans: Block Meal Plans, Unrestricted or Restricted Dining Plans. Students living in Towson Run, Paca, and Tubman House are encouraged to sign-up for a Unrestricted or Restricted plan.

Block Meal Plan Options

Block Meal Plans are designed for the ultimate flexibility: This is the best plan if you plan on eating only one meal on campus per day or week. In addition to your meals, each plan has $75 dining points built in. The meals can be used at any of the 13 dining locations on campus, at any time, and are good for the fall through the spring semester.

Dining Points Account

A Dining Point account works like a debit account. All Dining Points are put on your OneCard ID. You may use Dining Points to buy meals, snacks, and beverages in all a-la-carte locations and also at the dining halls. Each time you make a purchase, the amount is subtracted from your OneCard Dining Points balance. Dining Points carry over from semester to semester and year to year, as long as you are enrolled or a faculty or staff member at TU. You can add Dining Points to your account at anytime through your OneCard account. For students who intend to eat mainly in the a-la-carte locations using your points account is another great option. Plus you save 6% on every purchase!

Unrestricted and Restricted Dining Plan Options

The Unrestricted and Restricted Dining Plans give you a specific number of all-you-can-eat meals per week. All meals must be used before the end of the meal plan week, resets on Thursday nights, or you will lose them.
