Event and Conference Services at Towson University provides a full line of conference and event services, with lodging space available between June and early August. Our dedicated staff of conference professionals is committed to assisting every conference client in all areas of event and conference planning. Our goal is to provide each planner and attendee with the feeling that their conference, camp or event is the most important and only program on campus.
Facility Reservations
If you would like to reserve space on campus and you are a student, faculty or staff member, please complete the Facility Reservation Form linked below. If you have questions concerning the reservations or form, please call us. If you are not part of the university system and would like to reserve space on campus, contact Event and Conference Services directly.
Digital Display Template Information
Advertising your university department or student organization event on the digital displays in the University Union is easy. To create your event image, contact Art Services at 410-704-2276. Once the event image is created, Event and Conference Services will upload it to the digital displays.
