PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Events

Department and event coordinators must work with parking services to make arrangements for any event that will require 10 or more parking spaces. This applies to events both with and without associate parking fees during on- or off-peak hours. An Event Parking Request Form must be completed and submitted to Parking and Transportation Services prior to setting an event date or location.  At its discretion, Parking and Transportation Services will determine if and where parking will be available for the event and will notify the department of the decision.

Union Garage will undergo renovations during Summer 2013. Please follow the signage for the appropriate event parking location.
