I understand that by submitting this request, I have the authority to approve expenditures under the department / grant code listed. Submission of this request does not guarantee the availability of a shuttle. Requests received less than 10 business days in advance may not be able to be filled. Requests are filled in the order they are received. Services are generally provided by an outside vendor. If a TU vehicle is available, the requestor will be given the option to use the university transportation.

In order to allow the driver to complete the required vehicle inspections and/or reach the university, an additional 30 minutes before and after the listed charter time will be added for all trips.

Alcohol may not be transported or consumed on any charter. For the safety of all passengers, the driver may terminate the charter due to unruly, unsafe or unacceptable behavior.

Please allow up to 3 days to process this request.

NOTE: A minimum of 48 hours is required to cancel any scheduled charter.  If cancellation notice is received less than 48 hours before the charter, you may be responsible for up to the full amount of the charter.
