Event Parking Request Form

*Parking & Transportation Services will determine the appropriate parking location for your guests depending on the date and time of your event. Typically, parking will be assigned at the Towson Center or the West Village garage.

*Campus members with regular parking permits should be encouraged to park in their regular parking area and walk or take the shuttle to the event.

I understand that by submitting this request, I have the authority to approve expenditures under the department / grant code listed. Submission of this request does not guarantee the availability of parking. Final arrangements and notifications to participants should not be done unless Parking and Transportation Services has approved the event and sent a written confirmation.

Departments are responsible for associated event costs unless a written cancellation request is received in uPark@towson.edu at least 3 business days prior to the event.  If custom signs are ordered and printed, the cost may be charged back to the department even if the event is cancelled.  Note:  Custom signs are normally printed two weeks prior to an event.
