Vehicle Exception Add Request Form: Additional Vehicles or Vehicle Not Registered to You
Permit holders are not permitted to: register another student, faculty or staff member's vehicle on their account; add vehicles that do not belong to them or a family member with the same last name at the same address or add more than 3 vehicles (motorcycles included) to their parking account. If there are extenuating circumstances an exception request may be submitted.
Violations of the above regulations may result in citations of up to $300, towing, administrative fees and/or other university sanctions.
If there are extenuating circumstances individuals may request an exception to the above regulations by completing the form below explaining the reason for the request and by providing documentation associated with the ownership and use of the additional vehicle(s).
Copies of the other documents to include rental agreements or state vehicle registrations must be forwarded to Parking & Transportation Services via a separate email to UPARK@towson.edu from the requestors TU email account.
Submission of an application does not guarantee the exception will be approved. Approvals are at the discretion of Parking & Transportation Services.
Decisions on exception forms will be responded to within 2-3 business days of receipt of request and all supporting documentation.
