Issued if 2 or more vehicles linked to the same permit are on campus at the same time or if an individual is found to have linked a vehicle to their account that is not owned by them or a family member at the same address with the same last name. Vehicle(s) subject to towing and impoundment. |

Issued for possession of a lost, stolen or altered handicapped permit, or using a permit that belongs to another individual. May result in criminal charges. Vehicle subject to towing and impoundment . |
| Parking in a Handicapped Space or Transfer Area | $250

Issued to individuals who park in a handicapped space and do not display a valid, state-issued handicapped permit or license plate. Issued to vehicles parked in an adjacent transfer area, with or without a valid handicapped permit. Vehicle subject to towing and impoundment . |

Issued to individuals who park in an area without displaying the appropriate permit or having the appropriate permit for the area associated to their license plate. or not parking in a designated parking space. This includes, but is not limited to: failure to display/have the appropriate permit for the lot, parking in a reserved or restricted space, parking in a loading dock, parking at a bagged meter, parking in landscaped areas, or parking in other areas not designated for parking. |

Issued for vehicles that were relocated from one location to another as a result of a special event or improper parking. **Citation may be appealed but extenuating circumstances must be presented for any consideration for a downgrade of citation. |

| Improper Display of Permit/Failure to Register Vehicle | $10 |
Issued to a vehicle when the permit is not displayed in a fashion that the permit number, type and expiration date is clearly visible or the permit is not displayed in the designated location. No Valid Permit citations may be downgraded to Failure to Register Vehicle of it is determined the individual had a valid permit at the time of the citation. |
