Permit Rates

Individuals wishing to purchase a permit with payment options such as C.O.D. or credit card can purchase their permit online at https://auxt2ebizvm.towson.edu/t2/cmn/auth.aspx. Individuals using C.O.D. must pay for the permit by the first day of classes or within 5 business days of the permit purchase, whichever is later.

The Installment Payment Plan option is only available for Regular and Contingent employees mid-July through mid-December. An Installment Payment Plan Form must be filled out with the Auxiliary Service Business Office located in the University Union on the 1st floor.

More information about 2013-14 permit sales can be found here.

Faculty/Staff Permit Rates 2013 - 2014

Faculty/Staff permit rates are based on annual salary, as of June 2013.  If an individual is hired in the middle of the year, his or her expected annual income will be used.   Permits will be prorated each week, beginning in September.  Permits remain the property of Towson University and must be returned if an employee separates from the university.  Please contact the Auxiliary Services Business Office regarding permit cost once prorating has begun.

Payroll deduction amounts are for the full permit rate over 20 pay periods.  The first payroll deduction will appear in the September paycheck.  The cut off date for current employees to sign up for payroll deduction for the 2013-2014 academic year is August 23, 2013.  The cut off date for new employees to sign up for payroll deduction is March 28, 2014.
