During peak periods (Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.), convenient parking on the core campus may be limited. During this time, students are encouraged to proceed directly to the Towson Center/Stadium lots (lots 13, 14, 19, 20 and 21). Shuttle service is available between the Towson Center and the core campus.
Enforcement
To ensure the availability of safe parking and the efficient use of the parking resources, regulations are enforced year round. The university has been granted the authority under the Maryland Uniform Citation Code to issue citations on the campus. University citations carry the weight and importance of citations issued by any law enforcement agency in the state of Maryland. Individuals who have outstanding citations may be subject to university sanctions, referral to the State Central Collections Unit (CCU) or administrative holds and fees with the Motor Vehicle Administration.
