| Handicapped Spaces | Must have a valid state issued handicapped license plate or placard. A valid Towson University permit is also required during posted hours. |
| University Vehicle | Must have a state government vehicle or display a "University Vehicle" permit. |
| Vendor | Must have a "Vendor", State Vehicle or" University Vehicle" permit |
| 5 Minute Pay Station | Any vehicle may park for a maximum of 5 minutes while obtaining a pay station Visitor permit |
| 20 Minute Meter | Any vehicle may park for a maximum of 20 minutes to load/unload |
| Childcare Spaces | Any vehicle with a Pick Up/Drop Off Lot 21 permit for the childcare center can be parked for 15 minutes or less |
