In order to help ensure a safe environment and maintain the availability of spaces for permit holders, the University may tow vehicles for the following reasons:

• Vehicle is parked in violation of the regulations or state vehicle code
• Vehicle is displaying a lost, stolen or altered permit
• Individual has accumulated five citations paid or unpaid
• Individual has accumulated six or more unpaid citations (citations do not have to all be on a single vehicle).
