Traffic Updates 
The ongoing campus construction projects often impact parking and transportation. We strive to minimize these impacts, but changes are inevitable. Please use this site to stay up-to-date with changes in the general university traffic patterns.
Parking
Union & Towsontown Garage Summer 2008 Renovations
As work is completed in one area/level, other areas will be closed off for additional work. Please follow the direction of signs and staff.
Union Garage - June 2 - Aug 15, 2008
- June 2-16, 2008 - all ramps will be closed:
- parking will be available in the Faculty/Staff area and
- on the 3rd level that will be accessible from Cross Campus.
- June 16 - Aug 15, 2008 - various areas will be closed and may require parkers to use a different entrance.
Towsontown Garage - June 6 - Aug 15, 2008
- Beginning on or about June 6, 2008 various areas and levels will be closed for renovations.
- Please be aware that as construction areas are moved you may need to access the garage from a different entrance.
Lot 5 - Linthicum Lot Closure
- As a result of the CLA project, the lot is anticipated to permanently close on June 13, 2008.
- Faculty/Staff parking will be relocated to the ground level of the Towsontown garage.
- Limited handicapped parking will remain for the 08/09 academic year.
Transportation
West Village Construction
During the West Village infrastructure work (beginning Oct 22, 2007) shuttle service during the day may be affected. Evening routes will continue to operate.
GOLD ROUTE
- The Millennium Hall stop has been relocated to the MTA stop on the northbound side of Osler Drive.
- The Towson Run stop has been relocated to the west side of Towson Run Apartments.
- A pedestrian pathway has been constructed outside of the fence, and will be maintained throughout the project.
