Central Photocopy's digital copiers are state-of-the-art machines.

We charge-back to the department 5 cents per copy.  This value-added price includes:

• paper
• all supplies
• maintenance
• parts
• new machine every 5 years
• internal paperless billing through FRS

Central Photocopy also:

• only charges you for the copies you make for that particular month
• handles all vendor invoices
• is responsible for monthly meter readings
• has leverage in dealing with vendors due to the volume of machines we have placed on campus
• documents all service related problems
• provides a 1st level of immediate support that can get you up and running faster, possibly eliminating a need to place a service call
• can set up individual passwords to track individual copy usage
• inventories supplies

When it's time to replace your photocopier, Central Photocopy will give you the option of networking your copier to your PC's for a small monthly fee.
