Biological Safety

CPR/AED

CPR and Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) are crucial to life support in emergency situations. This site provides information on AED locations and CPR/AED policies and training sessions.

Chemical Safety

From electronics and battery recycling programs to chemical spill and hazardous waste management procedures, the chemical safety page provides information on compound-related safety policies.

Environmental Safety

Environmental safety concerns all hazards related to the workplace, including lead paint, drinking water and spill prevention.

Employee Safety Program

Employee safety programs were created to minimize the risk of individuals employed at the university. Topics covered include fires, emergencies and asbestos.

Occupational Safety

Our occupational safety policy covers a myriad of safety issues on campus, including accident investigations, ergonomics, fall protection, hearing conservation, ladder safety, lockout/tagout, respiratory protection and much more.
