HeartSaver (adult/child/infant) CPR/AED Training OR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER TRAINING  

To sign up and be put on a wait list for the HeartSaver (Adult/Child/Infant) CPR/AED Training or HealthCare Provider Training with Environmental Health & Safety, please fill out the following form.  A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide below to advise you if we have received enough interest to schedule a class.  Please remember that there is a 4 person minimum and 10 person maximum for each class.
