HeartSaver CPR/AED Training

To sign up for the HeartSaver CPR/AED Training (Adult CPR/AED only) with Environmental Health & Safety, please fill out the following form. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide below to advise you if there is room in the class or not. Please remember that there is a 4 person minimum and 10 person maximum for each class.
