Our fees are the lowest you will find and our charging system is very easy to understand. Other than the flat fees indicated, we have two processing category charges: 1) automated letters; and 2) flats and nonmachinable letters. Qualified automated letters must weigh less than 3.3 oz., have a minimum dimension of 3.5" by 5", a maximum dimension of 6.125" by 11.5", with a maximum thickness of .25" while meeting all other USPS requirements. Qualified flats and nonmachinable letters can weigh more than 3.3 oz. and /or exceed the letter size maximum dimensions and thickness. The fee for category 1 processing is .04 cents per piece for the initial handling of your mail and .01 cent per piece for any additional handling. The fee for category 2 charges is .05 cents per piece for the initial handling and .02 cents per piece for any additional handling. Most jobs require at least two handlings of the mail; sorting and addressing or labeling. As an example, consider two handlings: A 1000 piece category 1 mailing would cost about $50.00 excluding pickup, delivery and any set-up charges. A category 2 mailing would cost about $70.00 excluding pickup, delivery and any set-up charges. Departments will be back charged through the FRS system. |
