The Towson University Police Department is committed to providing effective policing and quality public safety services to the university and its surrounding area 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our staff members distribute safety information, conduct crime prevention presentations, patrol the campus, and implement emergency operations plans to maintain a safe environment for students, faculty, staff and community members to live, work and learn in. Our commitment to excellence is demonstrated by our receipt of the Governor's Crime Prevention Award for 25 consecutive years.
