Go Green

How to Go Green

Towson University encourages all students, faculty, and staff members to join in the pursuit of green initiatives, and there are a number of ways to get involved. Whether you choose to join a campus environmental group, participate in a recycling competition, or use green methods of transportation to get around campus, just do something. There are no excuses—at Towson University, it’s easy to go green.

Green Maps

During the spring 2009 semester Towson Unversity students mapped local green areas, programs and initiatives for a graphic design class. The maps—which are linked below—provide an excellent resource for quickly identifying green resources in the Baltimore metropolitan area.
