PeopleSoft Financials -- FINANCIAL SERVICES

User Advisory Committee

The PeopleSoft Financials User Advisory Committee, reporting to the PeopleSoft Financials Steering Committee, was established in January, 2010 in order to:

  • Work with the PS Financials Reporting Team to define consistent reporting requirements and designs that will benefit the campus community;
  • Provide useful feedback to Fiscal Planning and Services and the PS Financials Steering Committee on existing functionality in Financials and requests for new or modified functionality;
  • Represent users in members’ division and bring issues, requirements and proposed solutions to the committee to be addressed;
  • Prioritize requests for reports, modifications, and training that originate from the Committee;
  • Provide feedback and requirements for training and on-going communication for PS Financials;
  • Provide informal functional training and information to users within members’ departments; and,
  • Participate in user feedback and training sessions.
