Within two weeks of the date that you accept the offer of a Perkins Loan from Towson University's Financial Aid Office, a Perkins Loan Master Promissory Note will be mailed to your home address.

No Perkins Loan disbursements will be made until you sign, date, and return the Perkins Loan Master Promissory Note to Financial Services.
