The Business Process and Web Unit manages the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) PeopleSoft database  and the web time sheet system which serves an integral role in capturing & disseminating staff and faculty information for Federal, State, University System of Maryland (USM), and the Towson University campus community.  The Unit also advises and consults with campus users in functional areas of Human Resources regarding requirements for business process enhancement and improvement.
