• Administrative costs charged to federal awards

5. Is the department aware of the new cost standards instituted by the revisions to OMB Circular A-21 and is it familiar with the university Disclosure Statement?

6. Are all expenditures posted timely to ensure that the Report of Expenditure can be completed in accordance with agency regulations?

7. Is all sponsored funding received by the department posted correctly to the intended sponsored account?

8. Are steps taken to restrict charges prior to and subsequent to the grant period?
