Audits

1. Is your department aware that when any contact from an external agency concerning an audit occurs to immediately notify Management Advisory and Compliance Services and to refer the agency to that office?

2. Are staff members aware that concerns about violations of university policy or suspected improprieties should be reported to Management Advisory and Compliance Services and/or University Counsel's Office?

3. Are staff members aware that university policy protects them from retaliation from management or fellow employees when reporting issues of waste, fraud and abuse?
