WebEx

Faculty Host Information

A WebEx host account will be active for one academic semester which includes the Fall, Spring, Summer, and Minimester. Faculty members interested in obtaining an OTS sponsored WebEx account must contact the Department Chair or the College’s Assistant Dean one semester before actual use. WebEx accounts are deactivated one week after the submission of grades.

A WebEx account allows users unlimited meetings and monthly VOIP allowances of 25,000 minutes. WebEx account holders should monitor their usage of VOIP to avoid overage charges.  For instructions on how to monitor your VOIP usage, please see the document titled WebEx: Tracking VOIP Usage below.

Departments who wish to use WebEx for meeting purposes, should forward a request to webex@towson.edu.
