New Student Computer Accounts
A TU computing account entitles a student to email, a personal Website, individual network file space, and access to Towson Online Services.
Students receive information on activating their accounts once enrollment is confirmed. If you did not receive this information, please contact Student Computing Services.
New Student Staff Accounts
A TU computing account entitles student employees to email, shared calendaring, cloud storage space, access to specific group Web tools, and access to a limited area of departmental shared file storage spaces. Student staff members may obtain an Exchange account as well, if necessary.
To obtain a new student staff computer account:

The student staff member's supervisor should
use TechHelp (http://techhelp.towson.edu) to
request a student employee Exchange account,
including the student's full name
and NetID.

When the account is ready, the information will
be passed along to the supervisor.
If a student staff member is leaving:
The student's supervisor should use TechHelp (http://techhelp.towson.edu) to notify OTS that the student employee has left the department. The Faculty/Staff Help Center will then disable the student staff computer account.
