Getting Started

All faculty, staff and students have the opportunity to receive free dial-up Internet access from home. You only need a Towson University computer account to receive this service!

Note: This service is limited to US calls only!

Below are directions for setting up your home computer to dial into the university's Internet service. These are Adobe PDF documents; you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4 or higher to read them. To download the documents instead of opening them in the browser, right-click on the links and select "Save target as...."

Note: we strongly recommend you upgrade to Acrobat Reader version 8.1 to view these documents. If you are using another Acrobat Reader version you may receive errors when trying to open them.
