This chat service is available as follows:

• 7:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday until 8:00 a.m. the following morning
• 5:00 p.m. Friday throughout the weekend until 8:00 a.m. Monday Morning
• Holidays

All other times, please call the Faculty/Staff Help Center at 410-704-5151, 2+2+2 on the voice menu.

Do not use this service for computer or audiovisual problems in smart classrooms. Instead, follow procedures posted at the podium or contact your department for information.
