How to Schedule Your
Presentation Recording Session


These instructions are intended for students of Dr. Douglas Ross only.
A demonstration movie is available on the right.

  1. Launch a web browser and open http://www.SignUpGenius.com/go/mngt4811.
    This link will open the site in a new browser tab or window.

  2. Enter the password provided by your professor and click "Submit."

  3. Scroll through the schedule and identify the available date and time you would like to book.

  4. Click the corresponding "Sign Up" button; a new page will display.

  5. Verify that the date and time you have selected is correct; if it is not, use your browser's Back button to return to the schedule page, and then repeat Steps 3 and 4.

  6. In the "My Comment" box to the right of the date and time, enter your section number (e.g., 001, 101, 003, etc.).

    Failure to identify your section will delay publication of your recording, which could potentially impact your grade.  

  7. Select one of the three radio buttons beneath the date and time.

    We strongly recommend that you create an account
    . Otherwise, you will not receive confirmation and reminder emails, and you will have no means to lookup or change your appointment.  

  8. Follow the on screen instructions to complete your booking; if you provided you email address, SignUp Genius will send you a confirmation message immediately.

  9. Click the "LogOut" link in the upper right corner of the page when finished. 


It is important that you create only one appointment. If you would like to change your appointment:

  1. Log into SignUp Genius (Steps 1-2 above) and locate your existing appointment
  2. Click the "Delete" button and confirm the deletion
  3. Select a new appointment from the dates and times still available and click "Sign Up"
  4. Repeat Steps 5-9 above

If in the course of daily reviews, SCS discovers two or more appointments for the same person, we will delete both appointments and invite that person to sign up anew.
