Student Computing Services recognizes that the first floor of Cook Library isn't always a convenient location for students on the go. While fully committed to maintaining excellence in the main Computer Lab (CK 35), SCS is happy to support an additional lab in Room 406 of the Psychology building.

Students can expect access to the same collection of over 100 software applications and utilities offered in the SCS suite in Cook Library Rooms 34-36 as well as knowledgeable assistance from SCS staff. 

Students can print documents in 406, provided they have a sufficient Digital Access Control (DAC) card balance. However, this lab does not include a Cash-to-Card machine for adding value to DAC cards. If the need arises, a student in 406 can send a job to the printer and then walk over to the library, add cash to her card and release the print job there.
