Towson Online Services (PeopleSoft) 9.0 Documentation
Towson Online Services (PeopleSoft) was updated to version 9.0 on January 15, 2008. This site provides support documents and utilities to assist the campus community in using the new navigation and features available in the updated version. Much of this information is also available via the "Help" option within the Towson Online Services (PeopleSoft) interface.

Client departments have worked with OTS to identify paths in Towson Online Services (PeopleSoft) for functions that their departments commonly use. This utility is provided to assist users familiar with the previous version to quickly find equivalent paths in Towson Online Services (PeopleSoft) version 9.0.

Service Notes
- The OTS Help Centers have assisted some users who have been unable to view the Towson Online Services login page. These users see only a white background when viewing the Towson Online Services login page from a PC using Internet Explorer. This problem appears to be due to a browser (or browser setting) compatibility issue with the recent system update. Upgrading Internet Explorer to the latest version has restored login page access for most users. Using the Firefox browser also has been a reliable solution in successfully accessing the login page.
- Mac Safari users experiencing similar problems are guided to
- Clear browser's history by selecting the clear your browser history option in the history menu
- Clear Cookies (from the Safari menu select >preferences>security>show cookies>remove cookies)
- Completely quit and re launch the browser before going back the the Towson Online Services login page.
