How-To Videos
This video series is designed to address a key challenge people are facing on campus. By working in conjunction with the OTS Help Desk, OTS Training creates videos that address a particular challenge. The presenter introduces the challenge, demonstrates a solution and summarizes the problem, pointing out any roadblocks or additional resources needed.

How-To
Software Sessions
This is a classroom session delivered in a pre-recorded asynchronous manner. Workshop participants will learn a key component of a software package. These videos are designed to supplement classroom participation

OTS Quick Tips (Coming Soon)
This series, hosted by members of the OTS Training team is designed for people who need an answer quickly. This series gets to the heart of the problem without extra words or descriptions. With the concept of "How Do I" in mind, this series works just like Google search but tailored to Towson University.

This former series highlighted emerging technology and introduced Faculty, Staff and Students to new services that helped them become more familiar with technology which in turn helped them become more productive in their lives both in and out of Towson University.
