2009 Unit Meetings

Throughout August 2009, units within the Division of Administration and Finance joined together for informal “state of the union” meetings with Vice President James P. Sheehan.
During each meeting, Vice President Sheehan gave a brief overview of the division's successes and challenges, outlined major upcoming projects and took questions from unit employees. Employees offered insight on their initiatives and were able to get feedback on issues facing their individual operating units.

Fall Forum
The Division of Administration and Finance hosts an annual Fall Forum to foster a dialogue on three of the most talked about issues on campus: parking, construction and green initiatives. The forum includes presentations on each of the areas by their respective directors as well as a keynote speech by CFO and Vice President for Administration and Finance James P. Sheehan. Following the presentations, there is a panel discussion in which faculty, staff and students are encouraged to ask questions or air concerns about anything related to campus parking, construction or sustainability.
