2008 Annual Meeting
The Administration and Finance Division held its sixth Annual Meeting December 17 in the University Union. At the meeting, Vice President Jim Sheehan discussed the division's 2008 successes and challenges and presented the Administration and Finance Commitment to Excellence (ACE) award.
Congratulations to the award winners, Joanne Anderson of the Office of Technology Services and Sue Brodie of Fiscal Planning and Services.

Cathy Mattern, Fiscal Planning & Services Individuals are nominated by A&F employees and approved by their departmental associate vice president (AVP). Winners are selected by Vice President Jim Sheehan with the help of the divisional AVPs.
2008 Unit Meetings
Throughout August 2008, units within the Division of Administration and Finance joined together for informal “state of the union” meetings with Vice President Jim Sheehan.
The smaller meetings were held as an alternative to the division-wide breakfast held in previous years, and the more intimate venue enabled employees to offer insight and get feedback on issues facing individual operating units.
During each meeting, Vice President Sheehan gave a brief overview of the division's successes and challenges, outlined major upcoming projects and took questions from unit employees.
