Student Government Association
Towson's Student Government Association (SGA) is a student organization that functions to serve the students of the university. Members of the SGA wear numerous hats, whether they are meeting with administrators, participating in various university committees, advocating for student services, or planning major events including the homecoming pep rally, they are always working towards the goal of providing students with the best experience during their time at TU.
The SGA has had many recent accomplishments including: providing discount cards from local businesses to over 5,000 students, supporting a Medical Amnesty/Responsible Action Protocol, hosting four football tailgates and a homecoming pep rally for over 1,000 students; and participating in dozens of community service programs such as: Project Hope House and Alex's Lemonade Stand.
