Asian-Pacific Islander/Latino Student Development

The Asian Pacific Islander and Latino/a Student Development Program offers events and spearheads initiatives that focus on social, political, and cultural issues pertaining to Asian Pacific Islander and Latino/a communities. The program supports Asian Pacific Islander and Latino/a students’ transition and adjustment to college life by working in close collaboration with individual students and student organizations including:

• Chinese Culture Appreciation (CCA)
• Filipino Cultural Association at Towson (FCAT)
• Iranian Student Union (ISU)
• Korean Student Association (KSA)
• Latin American Student Organization (LASO)
• Muslim Student Association (MSA)
• Pakistani Student Association (PSA)
• South Asian Student Association (SASA)
• Students Helping Honduras (SHH)
• Vietnamese Student Association (VSA)

The overarching goal of the program is to recruit Asian Pacific Islander and Latino/a students and ensure their social and academic success at Towson.
