SOFTWARE TIP OF THE WEEK

Microsoft Office: Zoom In and Out of Your Data Quickly

If your mouse has a scroll wheel, you can use the wheel to scroll up and down in your open document, spreadsheet, presentation or publication, but did you know you can also use the wheel to change the zoom percentage for your view? The following feature is especially helpful when working with large spreadsheets, or text boxes and graphics.

1. Open the desired document, spreadsheet, presentation or publication.
2. Press and hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and move the scroll wheel on your mouse.

Note: Rolling the wheel down decreases the zoom percentage and rolling it up increases the zoom percentage.
