Downtime Information for OTS's Sunday Maintenance Window

The schedule below lists service disruptions that will occur Sunday, November 15 while system maintenance is performed. Details are as follows:

9 to 10 a.m.: All network connectivity and access to network services to and from campus will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes during this timeframe.

8 a.m. – noon: All Peoplesoft environments, Blackboard, ImageNow, Resource 25, Business Objects, Timesheets, and Inside.towson.edu applications will be unavailable.

Posts will be made to the OTS alerts Web site at http://alerts.towson.edu as services are restored.

As a reminder: The Office of Technology Service’s maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. to noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
