H1N1 shots available at Dowell for Priority Groups Only
The Dowell Health Center will be offering H1N1 vaccine to students, faculty and staff who fall into one of the following CDC priority groups for vaccination:
Pregnant women
Healthcare professional students working in clinics and hospitals and emergency medical personnel
Primary caregivers or parents/guardians of infants less than 6 months of age
Anyone under 25 years of age
Anyone 25 to 64 years of age with a chronic condition (e.g. asthma or other chronic lung disease, heart disease, diabetes, chronic kidney or liver disease, neurologic disorders such as epilepsy, brain injury or stroke; muscular disorders such as multiple sclerosis or muscular dystrophy).
WHEN: Tuesday, Nov. 17 – 9:30-3:30 pm
WHERE: Dowell Health Center
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU:
Valid TU ID card and Driver’s License or State photo ID
Documentation of pregnancy if not obvious to a casual observer
Copy of birth certificate or other proof of infant age
Copy of certification as an EMT or Paramedic
