Software Tip of the Week

Mozilla Firefox Shortcut to Complete the Web Address

In Firefox there are shortcuts to quickly complete web addresses. That is to say that you can turn "google" into "google.com" with the press of a button.

1. Type your text into the Firefox search bar. ("google")
2. To complete a .com address, press Ctrl +Enter ("google.com")
3. To complete a .net address, press Shift+Enter ("google.net")
4. To complete a .org address, press Ctrl+Shift+Enter ("google.org")
